"HBCU Allstar Dream Classic" part of HBCU All-Star Dream Classic Week

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
A select group of 40 Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU) players from selected colleges are set to participate in an unprecedented All Star basketball game at the historic Rucker Park in Harlem, NYC. The HBCU All Star Dream Classic Week and the annual HBCU v CITY All-star game celebrates HBCU Culture.

Clinton men's basketball's own Cam Shannon has been selected to compete in this all-star game classic in August and will be coached by his own Athletic Director at Clinton, Vincent Robinson. Shannon was the leading scorer for the Bears last season helping them reach the final four of the NCCAA Tournament while winning a South Region Title along with 18 wins.

On Saturday, August 10 at 7 PM the HBCU Allstar Dream Classic Invitational will feature Men's and Women's All Star games highlighting the best HBCU/Northeast College players who are now eligible for NBA, WNBA, ABA, Big 3, European and other Professional league playing opportunities. The much anticipated All Star contest will attach HBCU/College Alumni, Students, Parents & Urban Basketball Fans.
