Professor Freddie Albany is entering his first academic year (`24-25) as the Faculty Athletic Representative at Clinton College. Prof. Albany is an adjunct English professor at the College since 2023.

A native of Concord, NC, Albany also serves as the Program Coord. for the Academic Success Center at Forsyth Tech CC in Winston-Salem, NC.

Prof. Albany is a Pastor at the Greater Moore Chapel AME Zion Church in Stedman, NC as well.

Prof. Albany is also in the process of receiving his Doctorate of Ministry and Black Leadership from the Nazarene Theological Seminary in 2025.

He achieved his Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Gardner-Webb University in 2011. He attained his Bachelor of Science in Coummunicaiton and Media Studies from Appalachian State in 2004.
