Arlanda Best is entering her second season as the assistant volleyball coach at Clinton College. 

She is a 2022 gradaute of NC Central University in Durham where she majored in Public Health and Promotion and received a Bachelor's of Applied Science.

She is formerly the head coach of Carolina Shockwave Volleyball Club for the past six years.
